I was going through some of my old post over at my woman blog and I realized that perhaps the reason why I’m not losing weight is because I am lacking sleep. It seems to have something to do with hormones (aren’t they all), called leptin that decreases with lack of sleep. Leptin is the key hormones responsible for reducing hunger and increasing the feeling of fullness. Now I know why I am hungry once it’s pass midnight!
Anyway, perhaps now that I know the reason, I should really try to get more sleep first and see what happens and leave Lipovox for another day. What do you say?
