Baking Mood

I’m in a baking mood people..  This one is plain and easy.. ice cream cake served with the same flavor ice cream.. yums!

The Haze is Back

The haze is back people and with no rain in the horizon, I reckon it is here to stay. I am monitoring the PSI index and keeping my ventolin and allergy pills handy. Here’s what it looked like from my balcony this afternoon. Looks like I won’t need any postcard printing to be done since it is not looking picture perfect right now.

Appreciating Water

You never really appreciate something till it’s gone.. and that is exactly what we are experiencing right now. We miss WATER. Apparently this second round of rationing is affecting our condo area and we will only be getting water supply at every two days interval. My apartment is filled with water basin and every container is being used to store water! I am minimizing drinking (which is not easy since it is so hot) and also minimizing eating.. (maybe I’ll lose even more weight after this whole water rationing exercise!)

I was telling Azwaj, if not for the furkids, I would have packed our bag and go off somewhere where there is ample water supply till this rationing is over!

It's My Birthday!!

Wow.. another year has gone past and I am a year older. I don’t feel anything different but I guess something is always different when time is involved right? One thing that I am really happy about this year is my weight loss.. Though I don’t think it is anything to brag about coz I didn’t do anything really .. but I am happy that it happened.

Anyway, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all my family and friends who have taken time to send me emails, e-cards, whatsapps messages, LINE messages and FB wishes. Special thanks to two of my very awesome BFFs, Emila and Marzie for meeting up with me yesterday at for coffee. Love you guys!

I Want To Sing Out

… No Water at my condo area on the cheap zt amplifiers! lol! Anyways, I don’t think it’s because of the water rationing but we suspect that it has something to do with the water pump. Why? Because if it was water rationing, then the whole condo area would be without water but no.. there is water at the other blocks, at the mini mosque downstairs and the toilets next to the swimming pool. And guess what? There is where me and Azwaj showered tonight.. lol!
