Citroen for Sale

My Azwaj is selling his car. It’s a Citroen ZX. The car is about 10years old and available for viewing anytime. So if anyone is interested, please let me know.

And no, he’s not planning to buy a Ferrari or anything.. LOL.. the Ferrari parts itself would kill our finances.. hehehe…but we will be using another car that he has. However since we love the motorbike so much, that will still be our main mode of transport!

So spread the word on the sale won’t ya!!

Always Sleepy *

I’m not sure what’s wrong with me but I’ve been sleepy all the time lately. It irritates the hell out of me simply because I got so many things to do! Utmost concern right now is my move. Perhaps I’m just tired but I’ve been tired before but I never needed to sleep more than 10hours!.. Heck I even missed “chopping” on Music Monday!

Torturing Packing

We probably would need some form of industrial equipment to get out all our furniture to the new place. Over the years, we sure accumulated a lot of junk asset along the way. I just cleared my kitchen and to say I have lots of pots and pans is putting it mildly for someone who does not cook often!

I think I would faint after packing my clothes.. lol!

Scorching Hot!

I am definitely not getting enough sleep these days. Not because I can’t sleep and need a special sleep number bed or anything like that but because:

1. It is so hot. The air-con in our bedroom is not working and since we are moving, we thought it would be better just to wait it out
2. So worried about Anja as we are still force feeding her. Her appointment is today and so hoping for some good news.
3. I’ve been having indigestion and feeling nausea these past days

Ok.. off to the vet now..

I'm In Love

OMG!! Isn’t that just the loveliest thing you’ve ever seen. I’m not really into jewelry but this one really caught my attention. As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m in the market for a new laptop backpack and while surfing, I found this beautiful diamond bangle instead!

I Want A New Laptop Bag

The thing with men is that sometimes, or most times, they buy things that are just useful. Being woman, I try to buy things that are useful and nice looking 🙂

So when I bought my laptop last year in January, it was just after my fibroid surgery and although just one week into the surgery, I insisted I wanted to tag along when Azwaj bought my very first laptop. Anyway, the laptop, that I later named, Miss Fly, only came with the default standard bag and since I much prefer a backpack, we got one instead. Now, mind you, it was only one week after a major surgery on my abdomen area so can you imagine the speed I was walking? LOL.. Azwaj grabbed the first durable backpack and we were on our way home.

Needless to say, it wasn’t my first choice and since he had been great to let me tag along despite my MIL disapproval, I did not say anything. A year has passed now and I’m still stuck with that bagpack. It is good pack but it’s just not that pretty looking and I WANT a pretty looking back.

I surfed to lots of site just to see what is available. I surfed to Circuit City, to E-bay and even closed and Buy dot com and I’m still looking.. I want something nice and cute and chic and either red or pink! Why or why are all the backpacks look so masculine??

Any ideas?

Wonderful Friday

I got goosebumps today just watching Anja drinking her goat’s milk. I’ll blog about it more soon at my cat blog but for for today.. Friday is looking great even with only 4hours of sleep.

Got lots of errands to run today. I got groceries to buy, my driving license to renew (though I don’t drive, it is handy to have..heheh ) and a trip to Low Yat to get flash memory drives for Azwaj’s client.

I just hope it doesn’t rain but then again I hope it won’t be too hot!

I Need A Break

I can’t remember the last time I went for a holiday.. a REAL holiday, not a return-to-Singapore holiday. A REAL holiday with sightseeing and shopping and dining and more shopping 🙂

Perhaps after this hectic two months that involved a lot of packing and hospital visits I can go and visit some place nicer instead. I wouldn’t even mind a local holiday although an overseas one would be nicer.. LOL!

I’ve never been to the States but I got a blogger friend that is ever so willing to show us around if ever we decide to make New York as a holiday destination. But I guess even if she is too busy I can always rely on CitySights NY. I heard they are the recognized leader in New York City sightseeing and if New York City Attractions are what we are targeting for, then they are the way to go. We can hop on one of their 60 double-decker bus and with their only top-deck sitting, we’ll be able to see the Big Apple in style!

Oh well.. a girl can dream right?

Yeay! Mother-in-law is out of hospital. Though it is still a long way to recovery, at least she is now resting comfortably in the comfort of her own home and bed. Not that the hospital deluxe room was not comfortable with the mini fridge with the tv mount and all but nothing beats waking up to the view of Abah’s garden and the fresh smell of coffee each morning right?

1. Mother-in-law is in hospital for surgery today. My FIL just called to say that she is still in surgery now and visiting hours for the ICU unit is from 6-8pm but we are still going now to accompany him.

The Move Countdown Begins *

Life’s been pretty quiet lately with nothing really eventful happening. Me and Azwaj are in our moving mode, planning a “to do” and scheduling list. Our target move out date is next month on the 15th, so it’s really been hectic. Apart from that, I’ve been busy with blog makeover and have currently ventured out into customising e-commerce site as well. A challenge task definitely but a fun and rewarding experience for sure..

Ok… less blogging.. and more work… oppss I see more boxes on the way!!

First Commenter Chopping Stress!

Each time comes Monday comes my favorite meme, Music Monday, and with this meme (that I personally created) comes the stress of trying to get First Commenter on the blogs that are participating.

I forgot how many points I got this week but I think it was only one or two.

Next week I want to get more but I think I need to get a portable toilet or some disposable diapers first so that I don’t have to leave my seat in front of my loyal laptop, Miss Fly comes midnight. I mean with Shemah having her tumbler power and GP having her super flying magic carpet and Debbie with her Ninja skills and even Ane has her Cam Queen ability, who wouldn’t need the extra boost…LoL!!

Time To Relax **

~ before more work and THE MOVE!

I had a nice pleasant time yesterday catching up with my favorite soap opera “The Bold and The Beautiful”. I can’t believe I had like 3 weeks of episodes to catch up on. It was so awesome.

A was not around so I can blast the volume, not that he minds though, I’m the one that feels like I’m imposing if I watch it when he’s around.. after all.. can’t force anyone to like the things that we like right?

NOW.. though.. it’s back to work

Tying Up Loose Ends

Just got off the phone with mommy who is busy packing in Singapore for her trip here tomorrow. This is her first time taking the coach alone from Singapore but as she seemed confident about it, I’m sure she would be fine.

On my end, I’ve decided that I will only mop the floor tomorrow morning itself so when she arrives, the house would smell heavenly. I’m just going through my email now filled with comments from JSKit, enquiries on blog makeover and even insurance quote. So just tying up loose ends, so to speak, before mommy arrives.

Picked out my songs for Music Monday this week as well so I know I won’t forget this time.. Lol!

Mommy's Coming!

Mommy is coming over on Monday and we will be going to Ipoh on Tuesday. Not sure if she’s up to taking pictures but I will get the camera all charged up and the flash memory store on standby.

Lots to do before her arrival. Got to spring clean the house, finish my makeovers job and go through thousands of emails in my inbox! I need another 24hours in a day! Help!!!

Another Year Older

You know the thing about being a night owl? You’re awake when you turn a year older at the stroke at the midnight and when you wake up at 7pm.. it’s still your birthday! How awesome is that? Seriously though I don’t feel anything different now that I’m forty. I thank God for all the good things that He’s given me so far and all those challenges that made me a better woman, daughter and wife.

Not much celebration either (coz we are not big into that kind of things) but I did want to take this opportunity to thank my relatives, both offline and online friends for all their birthday dedication and wishes.

And especially to Azwaj for making me feel extra special yesterday. And No.. he didn’t get me sexy thongs either.. lol!
